The Unity Network is a professional network of independent man & van operators specialising in planned bulky multi-drop delivery. It is not an employer, a job board or a marketplace. It is a structure that sits around independent operators: one shared standard, organised work, and support for the parts of the business that operators usually carry alone.

Work comes into the network as planned bulky multi-drop activity — routes made up of collections and deliveries of clean bulky household goods. Routes are structured and scheduled, then operated by network members whose vehicles, areas and standards fit the work.

How Standards Are Maintained
The Unity Standard is not a poster on a wall. It is maintained through the whole lifecycle: it shapes who is accepted, what onboarding covers, and what is expected on every route. Compliance documents are verified and monitored, and the same expectations apply to every member. That consistency is what makes membership mean something.

Earnings are recorded clearly against each route or piece of work, with adjustments shown separately. Drivers can see what is pending, what has been approved and what is scheduled for payment — through the driver portal, with statements available for each period. Provisional amounts are always shown as provisional.
The exact payment terms applicable to you are confirmed during onboarding, in writing, before you become active.
How Drivers Remain Independent
Membership does not turn you into an employee. You remain an independent operator responsible for your own business. What the network adds is the structure that independent operators normally lack: standards, systems, support and organised work.
